The Microdose Starter Kit bundles the essentials for beginning a microdosing routine, so you can get started without assembling everything yourself.

Microdosing means taking a very small, barely noticeable amount on a schedule with rest days, such as one day on and two days off, usually for four to eight weeks before taking a break. A short daily journal is the best way to understand what you notice, since research suggests expectations play a large role.
