Explore one product at a time, on separate days, and keep notes. Never combine several products on the same day. Check the box for exactly what is included and the amount in each item.
Chewables are a measured, flavourful alternative to dried mushrooms. Like other edibles, they are absorbed gradually, so effects may take an hour or more to begin, particularly after a meal.
Check the pack for the amount in each chewable. Start with one, wait at least two hours before considering another, and never combine chewables from different packs or products on the same day.
Keep chewables sealed in their labelled packaging somewhere cool and dry. They look like ordinary sweets, so store them locked away from children and pets.
