Every bag holds 50 gummies, ten of each of five flavours, and each one carries 100mg of whole dried psilocybin mushroom. That 100mg is dried mushroom, not pure psilocybin, so it's the same amount you'd find in a typical microdose capsule. One jube is the dose. Silo doesn't publish the strain or the psilocybin content, so the mushroom weight on the label is the number to go by. Pick your mix. Original brings strawberry lemonade, blue raspberry, bumbleberry, green apple and wild berry. Tropical brings blue watermelon, orange sherbet, cotton candy, bubble gum and grape soda. The dose is the same either way. Each bag holds 50 gummies (100mg each, 5g in total). How much to take: - Half a gummy (50mg): a gentle start if you're sensitive. A clean, sharp knife cuts them neatly. - 1 gummy (100mg): a standard microdose, meant to sit in the background of your day. - 2 gummies (200mg): the top end of microdosing. Some people notice it, so skip driving and work. - 3 or more (300mg and up): no longer a microdose. Stay home. Take one jube in the morning on your dose days, with or without breakfast, and stay at that amount for at least a couple of weeks before changing anything. Build in rest days, because tolerance builds within days: one jube every third day is the gentlest schedule, and every second day is common too. At one every third day a bag lasts about five months, or about three months at one every second day. Taking a couple of weeks off every month or two keeps things fresh. On an empty stomach, people often notice a microdose within 20 to 60 minutes, and later after food. At this amount you may not notice anything at all, which is the idea. Wait at least 90 minutes before even thinking about more, and don't take a second dose on the same day. Research on microdosing is still early, and people's experiences vary a lot. Some notice a clear difference, some a subtle one, and some nothing at all after a month, which isn't a sign you need more. Jotting a few notes on sleep, mood and focus on your dose days and rest days is the easiest way to see what's really going on. Natural potency varies, and food, sleep, tolerance and setting all change how a dose lands. Ingredients: sugar, corn syrup, filtered water, gelatin, citric acid, coconut oil, psilocybin mushroom, natural and artificial flavours and colour. They contain gelatin, so they're not vegetarian, and they're described as gluten-free. Keep the bag sealed somewhere cool, dry and dark, because heat makes gummies soft and sticky. At room temperature they're best within about six months. They look exactly like ordinary candy, so keep them in their labelled bag, up high and locked away from kids, guests and pets. Even a microdose is still psilocybin. Skip these if you're under 19, pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you or a close family member has a history of psychosis or bipolar disorder. Don't combine them with lithium, tramadol or MAOIs, and talk to a doctor or pharmacist first if you take an antidepressant or any other medication. Don't drive the first time you try one, and skip your dose the morning after drinking.
