Each 500mg capsule holds 450mg organic Psilocybe cubensis and 50mg organic ginger, added with sensitive stomachs in mind. The capsules are vegan, gluten free and non-GMO, the maker says every batch is lab tested, and the packaging is UV protected.

The maker sets out three levels: 1 capsule (450mg) to unwind, 3 capsules (1.35g) to rejuvenate, and 5 capsules (2.25g) for a full macrodose. If you're new to full experiences, or new to this product, start at the lowest level and save any step up for another day.
