How We Ship: Discreet, Tracked Delivery Across Canada

Here is exactly what happens after you hit Place order, from payment to your front door.

1. Pay by Interac e-Transfer

We accept payment by Interac e-Transfer. After checkout, you will see the amount and where to send it. Put your order number in the message so we can match your payment quickly.

We hold your items for 48 hours while your payment arrives. If payment has not come through by then, the order is cancelled and the items go back on the shelf, so there is no harm in placing an order and paying when you are ready within that window.

2. Shipping costs

  • Shipping is a flat $15 anywhere in Canada.
  • Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more.

3. We pack your order discreetly

Your order ships once your e-Transfer has been received. Every parcel is plain and smell-proof, with no logos and no mention of what is inside. From the outside, it looks like any other package.

4. Tracked delivery anywhere in Canada

We ship anywhere in Canada, and every parcel is tracked. We email you your tracking number when your order ships.

5. Check your order

You can check your order status any time on the order lookup page, or in your account if you ordered while logged in.

If something goes wrong

  • Lost parcels: if tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or shows your parcel as lost, contact us with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
  • Damaged, wrong or missing items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund the item.
  • Returns: because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns of opened items.

When it arrives

Store everything in a cool, dark, dry place, locked away from kids and pets. Our storage guide has tips. All products are for adults 19 and over, and it is worth reading our safety guide before your first order.
