Microdosing means taking a very small amount of psilocybin, intended to be barely noticeable, on a regular schedule with rest days in between. Popular routines include one dose day followed by two days off, or four days on and three off. Many people follow a schedule for four to eight weeks and then take a break of a few weeks. Because expectations play a large role, a short daily journal is the best way to understand what you actually notice.

For your first dose, choose an unhurried day with nothing important planned. A microdose should not feel like a trip; if it does, take less next time. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you are confident a dose does not affect you.

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and keep it in its labelled packaging so the contents and amount per capsule are always clear. Store it securely, out of reach of children and pets.

Safety first: psilocybin is not suitable for anyone under 19, pregnant or breastfeeding, or with a personal or family history of psychosis or bipolar disorder.
