Be Youthful (Booster) Mushroom Supplement Capsules

Be Youthful is part of the Be Booster range of functional mushroom capsules. The theme is everyday vitality. It contains no psilocybin, so there is no psychedelic effect, and it can be taken on ordinary days.

Some people take Boosters on the rest days of a microdosing routine; others simply include them in their daily supplements. Read the label for the full list of mushrooms and other ingredients.

Functional mushrooms such as lion's mane, reishi, cordyceps and chaga have a long history in food and traditional practices, and today they are widely sold as supplements. They do not contain psilocybin and do not cause any psychedelic effects. Research on them is ongoing, so we describe what these products are rather than what they might do.

Follow the serving size on the label and read the full ingredient list, particularly if you have allergies. As with any new supplement, it is sensible to start with a single serving and see how it suits you.

Store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed, away from direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.
