Macrodose capsules are intended for a planned, full psilocybin experience rather than a routine. Because each capsule is pre-measured, they remove the guesswork of weighing dried mushrooms, but they still deserve the same preparation: a free day, a comfortable and familiar space, and a trusted, sober friend nearby. Capsules can take a little longer to begin than tea or whole mushrooms, typically within an hour, and an experience can last four to six hours.

Check the label for the amount of psilocybin in each capsule before you begin. If you are new to full experiences, or new to this product, start with a single capsule, or less if the maker's guidance allows, and wait at least two hours before considering more. In most cases it is better to save any increase for another day.

Store the bottle closed in a cool, dry, dark place, in its labelled packaging, and keep it locked away from children and pets.
